The company has for years adopted the environmental certification protocol for Infrastructure, Envision, which was obtained during 2023. In particular, it is precisely the Envision Protocol that constitutes a relevant company innovation, being this Protocol the first rating system aimed at the realization of sustainable infrastructures, configuring itself as an independent evaluation tool able to support the design development of an infrastructure from the planning phase to the realization phase. By applying Envision®, Masera Engineering Group inherently ensures that the development of an infrastructure and the certification of its long-term sustainability are approached holistically, assessing aspects such as the effectiveness of the investment, the preservation of ecosystems, climate resilience and environmental risk, durability, leadership and improvement of the quality of life of the populations affected by the direct and/or indirect effects of the work.

Masera Engineering Group is a member of AIS – Sustainable Infrastructure Association. AIS is instead a technical-scientific association, which is characterized as a Think Tank of excellence, positioning itself as an authoritative and valuable interlocutor for public and private institutions. AIS’s main objective is to foster the spread of a broad and qualified culture of sustainability and an increasing awareness of the social and economic value of having sustainable infrastructures.
